The countdown to Christmas is officially on for the team at Delifonseca.
With the festive season proving ever popular for the foodie mecca year on year, proprietor Candice Fonseca has pulled out all the stops ahead of the 2017 celebrations with the introduction of a novel Advent Calendar range alongside its already extensive Christmas Hamper offering.
Candice said: “With less than six weeks to go until Christmas Day, we are already getting into the seasonal spirit here at Delifonseca Dockside. We know that December 1 is just around the corner, and with that in mind, we have expanded our selection of weird and wonderful advent calendars. We know that our customers visit us to source carefully considered and bespoke gift ideas for friends and family and this year we wanted to add something different to our repertoire.
“However, we’re also sticking with what we do best at Christmas time and having built up a reputation for our unique festive hampers, the demand for them is showing no signs of slowing down. Year on year, our customers order hampers in their hundreds as they make the perfect customised gift for avid food lovers, wine connoisseurs or those wanting to try new food flavours. As with all of our produce, we offer a selection of Liverpool themed gifts, ranging from Gin to Chocolate, all sourced from suppliers in the Merseyside region. With orders already underway for Christmas, Delifonseca’s Advent Calendar selection will be available to purchase from November and will include options such as chocolate, novelty tea and flavoured gin to name a few.
