WWE are finishing up their first European and UK Tour of the year, this past weekend, they made another glorious stop in the city of Liverpool, gracing the M&S Bank Arena with their presence, in a fantastic night of exhilarating live action.

Though the recent Superstar Shake-Up affected the 2 brands in WWE, the European tour brought some movers back to their old brands for the night, which was interesting, despire the card being subject to change, clearly tour marketing played a bit of a role in this decision.

Match 1: Ricochet & Aleister Black vs The Revival

The night kicked off with some great tag team action, it was a strong mix of high-flying action mixed with some solid technical wrestling, The Revival getting to show off a little bit of what makes them one of the best teams in the WWE. Ricochet and Aleister Black showed off their great chemistry, picking up the win to get the crowd excited for the rest of the night.

Match 2: Titus O’Neil vs EC3

This was a fairly quick match, Titus O'Neil keeping control for almost all of the match, picking up the win. Both stars put on a god little match in the time that they were given.

Match 3: Nattie & Phoenix vs Riott Squad

This match was definitely one of the highlights of the whole night, Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott of the Riott Squad are two stars that deserve quite a lot more than they get in terms of TV time, so seeing them work here was fantastic, Liv entertaining the crowd with her athleticism and funny heel antics. Seeing Beth Phoenix live was really great too, teaming with Natalya, and managing to get the win for a feel good moment in the UK.

Match 4: WWE UK Title match: Walter vs Pete Dunne

Our first Title match of the night came when Walter defended his NXT UK Title against former Champion Pete Dunne, an excellent showing of technical prowess from both stars, putting the NXT UK brand in the spotlight for a hot minute. Walter retain his Title in menacing fashion.

Match 5: WWE RAW Women’s Title match: Lacey Evans vs Tamina vs Becky Lynch

Another top highlight came when Becky 2 Belts, RAW and SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch defended her RAW Women's Title in a Triple Threat vs Tamina Snuka and her Money In The Bank opponent, the Sassy Southern Belle, Lacey Evans. Evans' excellent character work shined during this match as she got to further improve her in-ring work, her future is so bright that's easy to see.

Tamina put in some good work too, underrated athlete that doesn't get to show off her talents , Becky Lynch retained her RAW Women's Title in this bout, getting some of the biggest cheers of the evening.

Match 6: Mojo Rawley vs Apollo Crews

2 vastly underused stars put on a short, but solid match, Apollo picking up the win displaying his athleticism.

Mojo Rawley wasn't pleased, he accused Apollo of cheating, saying he wasn't leaving Liverpool as a loser, like the crowd - fantastic heat. He challenged anybody else to come out. Rey Mystero made his way out to confront Mojo, who made fun of Rey's size.

Rey set up the 619, but EC3 ran to the ring and attacked Mysterio, Rey soon got the upper hand, hitting a 619 on both EC3 and Mojo, the crowd ate this up big time.

Out next was Elias, out to treat us all to his rendition of The Beatles' Yesterday, before he started though, he had to "get ready to sing", putting on a Man City shirt, brilliant moment, the crowd booed this immensley, it was quite fantastic.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor interrupted Elias' performance, setting up a Title match.

Match 7: WWE IC Title match: Elias vs Finn Balor

This was a decent match, one you'd easily see on an episode of Monday Night RAW, Finn Balor picked up the win to retain the Intercontinental Championship. The crowd loved Finn winning this one.

Match 8: Corbin, Lashley & McIntyre vs Rollins, Reigns & Strowman

The main event of the night came when Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns and WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins teamed up to take on Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre. This was match of the night, hard hitting, very well worked by all men, Baron Corbin being the criminally underrated star of the match, he really doesn't get the credit he deserves.

It was Roman Reigns's first UK tour since returning after battling leukaemia, so seeing him live and back on top form was a big moment, as it always is when Reigns is around.

This night of the WWE Live tour was very good, seeing WWE live truly is a one of a kind experience and is tough to match. It's always a special moment
