Delifonseca Dockside is set to celebrate Easter weekend with a range of decadent delicacies.

As part of its celebrations, the foodie establishment will host an Easter Sunday feast on April 1 comprising an indulgent three-course menu, ideal for a family gathering.

Alongside its restaurant offering, Delifonseca’s innovative Food Hall is stocked with a range of quirky Easter Eggs and chocolate treats from the likes of James Chocolate, Prestat, Divine and Monty Bojangles to name a few.

Proprietor of Delifonseca Candice Fonseca said: “Once again, we will be laying on a banquet to celebrate Easter Sunday here at Delifonseca Dockside. Whether diners are looking for a traditional Sunday lunch, a seafood special or even a vegan option, we have got it covered. Easter is a special time for families to get together and celebrate over delicious food so our menu has something for everyone, including suitably portioned dishes that the little ones can enjoy.

“With Spring just around the corner, our Easter dishes boast a number of seasonal ingredients such as salsify, kale, mussels and watercress, all locally sourced where possible. For those looking to cook a banquet at home, our in-house butchers Edge and Son will have the best locally reared lamb, beef and pork joints and the Food Hall will be able to supply any tasty extras to make the meal extra special.”

Delifonseca is offering diners a delicious feast with starters including Smoked Salmon & Dill Cream Cheese Terrine and Tomato Gnocchi with Rocket & Watercress Pesto. On Easter Sunday, guests can opt between five main courses with highlights such as Harissa Spiced Lamb Rump with Roast Fennel & Chickpeas, Cauliflower and Pomegranate, Spinach & Potato Cake with a Cashew Nut Korma and Cherry Tomatoes and Seafood Spaghetti in a Rich Langoustine Bisque with Samphire to name a few.

For dessert, diners can tuck into a novelty Easter Egg Ice Cream Sundae, Apple, Rhubarb & Ginger Crumble with Custard and Bitter Chocolate Tart with Cointreau Cheshire Farm Ice Cream amongst a selection of sweet treats.

Candice added: “Alongside our foodie offerings, our in-house Food Hall is fully stocked with a wide range of Easter Eggs, from premium to vegan making us the ideal one-stop destination. Make a loved one feel extra-special with a luxury vegan chocolate egg by Booji Booji or treat them to Choc On Choc’s novelty Chocolate Egg and Dippy Soldiers. Whatever your preference, we guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!”

Easter Dinner is priced at £29.50 per person and is available Sunday, April 1.
