David Guetta could be set to continue his assault on the charts by teaming up with Natt Weller, the progeny of modfather Paul Weller.

Natt spoke glowingly of Guetta and the potential collaboration saying: “It would be amazing to work with David Guetta. My sound is more pop, electro and dance, but I love what he does.”

“We have made contact with his representatives and talks are ongoing so hopefully we can get in the studio sometime soon.”

When asked whether he would consider working with his father Natt doubted the likeliness of any joint venture saying: “I don't have plans to work with my dad no.”

Whether Guetta takes to the studio with the make-up wearing Weller remains to be seen. In the mean time the current king of dance music is preparing for his headline slot at Creamfields.

The biggest event in the dance calender kicks off this bank holiday weekend and the Cheshire site will play host to the biggest names in dance, such as Armin Van Buuren, Leftfied, Calvin Harris and Deadmau5.
