Indie heroes The Mystery Jets will headline the Chevrolet Spark Unscheduled Tour, which features random perfomances off the beaten track voted for by fans.

Following on from their European tour with the Arctic Monkeys the band will be giving fans a chance to hear their eagerly anticipated third album live in the UK before its release in June.

The Chevrolet Spark Unscheduled Tour will take place in five locations across the UK. Each gig will be at a different location and offer a unique live music experience.

Performances will happen as pop up events, where the organisers reckon you’ll probably never hear live music ever again.

Following the launch event on April, 8, at the Vinyl Factory, underneath independent record label Phonica Records in London, members of the public will be asked to vote for where they’d like the tour to go to next from a selection of cities and unique venues.

Cities to choose from include Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Brighton, Edinburgh and Bristol with venues ranging from a drained swimming pool and multi-story car park to an old picture house and ferry across the Mersey.

A gig will take place every two weeks throughout April to June. Where will the tour go? You get to decide.
