Adele will perform her Oscar-nominated song Skyfall at the 85th Academy Awards in Los Angeles on 24th February.

The British Grammy-winning star will perform the James Bond theme Skyfall live for the first time anywhere during her exclusive Oscar show performance. It will also be Adele’s first public performance since the Grammys last year.

Skyfall, written by Adele and Paul Epworth, is nominated in the Original Song category, the first Bond theme nominated for over three decades.

The success of Adele's debut album 19, won her several awards, including Critic's Choice from the Brit Awards, a European Border Breakers Award for Best Album and a Grammy Award for Best New Artist.

The record-breaking success of Adele's second album, 21, has earned her six Grammy Awards, two Brit Awards, three American Music Awards, 12 Billboard Music Awards, two Ivor Novello Awards, MOBO Awards and Urban Music Awards.

Adele won the Critics Choice Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song Skyfall and is fast becoming a national treasure.
