Singer turned actress Christina Milian is adding a new string to her bow and fashion designer to her CV after launching her own swimwear line.

The Dip It Low hitmaker is set to show off her designing talents on a collaboration with Nicole Di Rocco - the creator of Nicolita Swimwear.

The RnB star made a series of posts on Twitter, writing: "Hey guys, its finally happening! I'm in the second phase of designing my Swimwear line.

"Meet...Nicole Di Rocco. I already love her work with her line Nicolita. Now we're ready to give u what u need.

"Here in Downtown LA Fashion district. There are SO many fabrics 2 choose from I'm learning a lot! I'm Getting Excited!"

Christina, 30, had previously showed off her beach bod in a shocking pink number from her designs as she frolicked with a host of models at a Malibu beach house.

She debuted the range at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim, which you can see in its full glory by clicking the gallery tab.

The collection features a range of 40′s style Cuba themed bikinis with bandeau silhouettes, jeweled tones, animal prints, cheeky bottoms and tons of embellishments.

Boasting pops of metallic hues and stripes as well. Some styles feature removable straps so that you can create a whole new look to your suit to fit your mood. The collection as a whole is very playful fun, and fresh for the 2013 swimwear season.
