Kendal Calling is an innovative, independent festival in the Lake District and Purple Revolver recommends you venture out this summer for some fun and frolics in the countryside.
Situated in Lowther Deer Park the festival has something to offer everyone, with a traditional music stage, a live comedy and poetry stage, a real ale beer festival stocked full with local cask ales and more house hold names than you could shake a frosty pint at.
The line up includes Doves, The Coral, Calvin Harris, The Futureheads, The Subways, Evil Nine, Badly Drawn Boy, Erol Alkan, DJ Yoda, British Sea Power and many more.
