In 2007, Steve Ignorant performed The Feeding Of 5000 - a celebration with a gathering of friends of the legendary Crass album of the same name at two shows at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
Controversially or otherwise, the performance was most definately not a Crass reunion, but never sought to be. Crass reunion or not, the shows were a roaring success and caused an onslaught of nationwide demand for more, more, more.
After all, Crass’ hard-hitting politicized lyrics and roughneck delivery never stopped being relevant, and given our country’s current political climate has made their material more vital than ever in being given the resurgence it deserves.
Steve will be performing 4 dates around Britain, alongside performances in Europe, Japan and the USA before a grand finale in London.
Goes without saying that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to raise your fists, your voices and punk-adoring spirits along to some of the most crucial punk songs ever written.
